Ramadan Diary Day 7 (Saturday 5th July 2014)

Hey Everyone! :D

Ok so today was quite a interesting start ~ I woke up late (as usual but working on it slowly people don't worry) and when I was eating I was reading an Islamic article on something that I knew I wouldn't accept but have to in Islam. It was about the men and women's rights to their spouse. And the more I read it I have to be honest about this...I didn't like it.

I guess you could call me a small scale feminist but it's the way I feel and honestly saying I felt horrible but conflicted because I shouldn't be feeling like this at all.

After reading and while reading it I cried because of the way I viewed it and how horrible I felt to an obligation that Allah made  for both men and women to oblige.

I think personally it will take time for to make peace with this but In Sha Allah I can overcome this dreadful though and become a better Muslim.

Like always I don't like to leave things on a negative perspective so I'll throw in a little positive shall I? :P my praying has improved as I'm spending more time asking for forgiveness and also I feel that I'm becoming a better person and hopefully if Allah wills my health will also get better ^_^ please always keep me and everyone in the world in your prayers like I always do :) believe it or not I've made dua's for people I've never met and people that I'm close to all the time. Ramadan Diary Day 6 (Friday 4th July 2014)

Hey everyone!!

Ok well my sleep pattern got really messed up so that's why I'm writing up this post so late and also because I was so absorbed in my Anime that I completely lost track of time! :O

So I remembered now and thought I'd give you the low down. Nothing special actually but today I felt extremely weak and it affected me the whole day which is why I didn't do anything but just watch anime >.< sad as that may sound it's what happened, of course I did pray. :)

I have been trying to work on my eating and sleeping pattern and I need to try more harder so I will make a start on that tomorrow In Sha Allah :)

Well that's all for today just to end it on a good note I think struggle would always be there to attack it's just a way for you know and learn how to counter attack it and make sure it doesn't affect in a negative way but more so through a challenge and test on your life :)

Take care and think positive Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

Ramadan Diary Day 5 (Thursday 3rd July 2014)

He Everyone! :)

So I think today I made it a little more productive day, although I wasn't doing much but I think blog updates I made some good changes and of course still in process.

Another thing that happened to me today was that I woke up from a bad dream. Now I won't say what the dream was because you should t be spreading around bad things so I won't say it. But when I woke up Tom it I felt disgusted with myself and also felt like not praying! :O

However after I washed up I Alhamdulilah felt the need to pray and felt that I cleansed myself from any bad. Now I feel more productive with my time :) I will be working on more of blog updates these next few weeks and of course my story too so stay tuned for that. Also lastly I made a target for myself to make this post my last late post and start sleeping more early "!

Anywho that's all for now until tomorrow In Sha Allah take care and think positive Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

All about me

Hey Everyone! :D

So this page would be dedicated to everything you all need to know about me from education, work, family to my interests, hobbies, habbits and so on! :D

Firstly, I would like to say I'm a Muslim and I take my religion seriously. I'm not an extremist I just implement many of the Islamic rulings and I would share them with you throughout.

So lets start off with my family shall we:

Firstly I have a big family Alhamdulilah :D there are 7 of us all together and including my parents that's 9 of us! My family are pretty low key and don't like to be so opened except for me though I'm pretty ok with it but I would respect their privacy. Well anyways my siblings and I are really close and we have ups and downs - like any other family - but majority of the time we always get along :)

One of the cool things about my family is our distinct personalitis, we have many things in common but we also have complimenting and conflicting personalities! I'm the optimist amongst them all though. Another cool thing is that my siblings order of birth goes in girl, boy, girl...First my older sister, older brother, me, younger brother, younger sister, youngest brother and finally youngest sister!

So that's all about my family! So whenever you hear me mention a brother or a sister pay attention to which one because I'll mention it by either saying young brother or youngest brother. So anyways I hoped you all are able to know a little more about my family.

Moving on from family lets go onto education:

When I was really young I was in a primary school where I don't remember much but only the fact that I had a best friend and we used to play together. But then my family and I moved and now we're living in the house that we're currently living in. When I moved here I didn't get to go to school straight away until after 2-3 weeks because there was no space available. Then I started in year 3 where I was pretty nervous and shy and met a lot different people. I remember one specific thing where during break time I was like followed around by my class girls because I was the new girl so everyone was curious about me. Honestly saying it was like the popular aspect of my primary life I felt pretty appreciated, I thought, and felt that I had people who were interested in me even if I was the new girl. Afterewards the crowd drifted to their own groups and so did I, which honestly made me a little sad but happy that I have a lot of good friends in my class.

So I spent 3 years in that primary school, afterwards I went to secondary school where I was with my friends from primary and that's when you can really see whose your friend and who isn't. In year 9  we had to pick options for GCSE which we'll study for two years in year 10 and 11 along side other compulsary subjects. I chose Textiles, Ristant Materials (RM - Woodworking) and Bengali. I know what you guys are thinking RM? Seriously? Well I only chose it because I thought it was about making things (which it was and it was nice). Textiles was something that I really enjoyed as I'd liked to be designing clothes too and I only chose Bengali because my dad wanted me to and also because at the time we were doing a lot of studying at home on Bengali so yeah. At the end of it all I did pass both Textiles and Bengali and well not so much in RM (hahaha! I'm sure you can guess that I didn't pass). My other compulsary subjects weren't so good (as you can tell I wasn't such a smart person).

After secondary rolled on to college where I studied an extra year (making it 3 years when usually people study two years). I studied in my first year a childcare course which I enjoyed and must admit did really well in it too. I finished my work ahead of everyone else and working on topics that haven't been covered. After that I did 2 years in Health Studies so I learnt a lot about health and safety, policies and many other health related topics.

Then I went onto studying University for 3 years. This is where I took up a degree in Early Childhoos Studies. It was a good subject, I enjoyed it a lot I had a lot of interesting subjects and the lectures were intriguing I really loved it a lot. I did quite well in it too so I was really impressed with the outcome. I really enjoyed the study of children in different ways and perspectives and also how to care for them too. It's a lot of work and assignments and exams but I think it was a wonderful experience to gain.

I then went onto doing further education which entailed my PGCE Primary. This was a post-graduate degree including teacher training and a process to becoming a teacher. This I have to say was where my most effort was tested. It required me to multitask so many things at once and still have the energy to carry out daily teaching tasks. I loved teaching the children and learning in the process as well. However I wasn't able to handle the preassure for long and I had to withdraw from it after being in the programme more than half way through. I think I just went into it a little to fast and wasn't fully ready for it.

Hobbies and Interests:

My hobbies and interest include many things and it's very wide range and includes as follows:
~ Reading ~Writing ~ Drawing ~ Painting
~ Crafting ~ Playing games ~ Exploring new things ~ Watching tv shows
~ Meeting new people ~ Watching anime ~ Reading manga

Well that's all I could think of with what I like to do if I think of more I'll add more to it.

Oh emplyment:
Honestly saying I haven't really worked, I have done many volunteering work from hospitals, to admin to of course working with children. But I never really worked, finding a job is always hard and I was no exception do this predicament. I would love to work I enjoy that aspect of life and I hope that I could be able to one day in the future (when I'm well enough).

Well that's all about me I hope you were able to learn a little bit more about me :)

Falling quite behind...I know

Hey everyone! :)

Ok so in my last post I mentioned that I would update my blog and other updates would be happening. Of course that didn't go quite as planned, because I fell ill. But now that I'm feeling better again I shall resume with the updates I mentioned on my previous post including updating my writing blog too.

Take care Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

Ramadan Diary Day 4 (Wednesday 2nd July 2014)

Hey Everyone! :)

Sorry for updated you all on my Ramadan Diary yesterday so I thought I might as well tell you about it now.

So I started the day off waking up a little bit more earlier than usual. I decided not to read the Qur'an because I wanted to give it a rest. I know it's not good to not be reading daily but I just wanted to not read it for a few days, just so I could recover a little bit from the pain non stop.

Anyways the food was good for Iftar and well I had a good time it was a peaceful day except I felt a little out of place because I wasn't fasting and that made me feel sad because I couldn't join in with rest of the family with their feeling of not feeling the same.

But again I made myself remember that I am also going through a test that my family are not going through and I will In Sha Allah be rewarded either in this life or the hereafter :)

Anyways other than that I think I shall just keep a positive mind like always and keep at it with what ever I can do. Take care all Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world embrace xoxox

Ramadan Diary Day 3 (Tuesday 2nd July 2014)

Hey everyone!

Firstly I want to apologise for the late diary entry, and secondly I want to say I can't believe it's already been the third day! :O

Is it just me or is it going by so fast? I think the important thing to remember is to always stay I the state of worship and thinking about Allah that's a good way for the time to go by :)

My day unfortunately started late again because I woke up in the afternoon which is terrible so I need to start working on my sleep again starting tomorrow (technically today) so I hope that will work out again :) other than that Iftar with the family was great nothing special happened :)

Well that's all I have to say take care and think positive Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

Ramadan Diary Day 2 (Monday 30th June 2014)

Salam everyone!! :D

Ok so Alhamdulilah it's already day two and everything is going the same :)

My family are all fasting and as usual I cannot but just like yesterday I read one Para of the Qur'an and it felt good. Every Ramadan my family and I split the paras amongst ourselves and we all contribute to the reading - roughly, we a have four to do so it should be fine - of course if we finish reading our given amount we can also help out by helping the other member of the family to complete the whole Qur'an. After its completed my father will tell our local mosque and they will make dua for me and my family.

It's such a wonderful tradition that we have and I like the fact that everyone is more harmonious during this month and I always pray for our family and everyone to be more better people. Of course I pray for the same hint for me and also for my health. ^__^

Anyway I have so far completed two out of four paras on my part and honestly saying it was a lot of difficulty and struggle. But I think that comes with a lot of people when they are struggling and achieving anything. At the end the reward is always greater.

Well I think that's about all for now until tomorrow inshaAllah :) take care Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

Ramadan Diary Day 1 (Sunday 29th June 2014)

Asalamualaikum Warahmatulahi Wabarakatu :)

So today was the first Ramdan of this year :) Just want to say Ramadan Mubarak!! I hope you all had a wonderful fasting day. Of course it's a long day so hardships always come with rewards. Think of it like this: for every good deed you do in the month of Ramdan you are reward 70 times more!!! SubhanAllah! Look at how Great our lord is.

Every struggle and every good deed comes a reward but in the month of Ramadan it's for 70 times more than usual. Use this opportunity to bank in as much rewards as possible.

Personally because of my health condition I am allowed to fast, so instead I would take this as an opportunity to commit as many good deeds as possible. Looking at this in an optimistic perspective Allah is testing me with my health and how I deal with it.

Everyone is tested by Allah in many ways some in a more open way than others this is a way for Allah to provide you a ticket to gaining more rewards and getting closer to heaven.

I hope this journey is filled with hope and happiness and always keep me in your dua's and make sure to pray and ask for forgiveness whether you think you didn't commit a sin or you did there is a high possible chance that you did commit a sin without realising and that is why Allah says that you will need Him rather than Him needing you.

I hope you all a great first day and may te rest of your days to the same way. Ameen. Tarana A beaming star shining with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox

Quick announcement and updates :D

Hey Everyone! :D

Ok I know I have been MIA for some time but like I said I was busy and was really preoccupied with a family matter (good thing nothing bad). I would like to get into more detials but I think it would take too long to go into details so I will keep it short and maybe when I have more time write about it in more detail.

The main thing that I have been busy with for the past two months or so is my big sister getting married!! Yes she is a married woman now, I am proud to say that after many years of earnest searching, my parents found someone that truly compliments to my sister's characteristics and vise versa. I feel so happy for my sister because now a part of her dream/deen has been fulfilled. I would like to go into more details about this but I think I would save it for another post another day.

Updates:

So there are some new changes and other announcements I would need to make :)

~ Since the marriage my time has been a little busy and is now slowly becoming more flexible. Bearing in mind my health I would not be over preassuring myself too much. However, I will be making some changes to my blog as I know that there are some over due changes that I said I would make and I have not had the time to make those changes fully. But do not worry I would be working on these changes to this blog in the next few weeks.

The upcoming changes include as follows:

~ New pages added to this blog including: Learning Centre (learning with me in general), Learning about Islam, about me page etc. I do not want to give it all away so I would keep most of it for the actual updates.

~ Expressive Writing blog - This mostly includes me starting up my writing again making sure to update 3 chapters of my Two of a Kind story and my weekly updates with the other two collab posts. This should also be happening in the next few weeks.

~ Also near the end of the month Ramadan is appoaching! So I would be starting my daily Ramadan Diaries again! :D I'm looking forward to sharing my experience on Ramadan in the next month with you all I noticed that the Ramdan Diary is very popular so I will keep you posted on that.

Ok well that's it for now I will be starting on my changes to this blog and hopefully by the end of this month would have some things updated and posted.

Take care all and think positive, Tarana A beaming star shinging with positivity for the world to embrace xoxox
